Every discovery call includes Steven and a member of our engineering partner team. Our engineering organization, led by Managing Director Keyur Shah, conducts the technical scoping, defines the project requirements, and produces the detailed scope of work that governs delivery. Steven reviews that scope through the lens of your business objectives and his 13 years of regulated-industry operating experience — as a nursing home administrator (Ohio) and later as CTO of a multi-location healthcare organization — and is accountable for ensuring that every deliverable is executed to the commitments made at the outset.

What that means practically: you are never left managing a complex technical engagement without a named, accountable principal who knows your project inside and out. You work with Steven. He brings the engineering expertise behind him and the accountability in front of you.

The partner organization holds dual ISO certification — ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO 27001 for information security management. ISO 27001 certification is particularly significant for healthcare and fintech buyers: it means the engineering organization operates under a documented, independently audited information security management system. Most offshore or hybrid firms cannot make this claim.
